Wendy Richter

Wendy Richter is state historian and director at the Arkansas State Archives. She previously served in that capacity from 2005 through 2012. She holds a master’s degree in public history from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a master’s and doctorate in heritage studies from Arkansas State University. Richter served on the Ouachita Baptist University faculty and as university archivist from 1990 through 2005 and 2013 to 2018. Darren Bell

Darren Bell is an Archival Technician in the Microphotography Department of the Arkansas State Archives. He has a B.A. in History from Ouachita Baptist University, and an M.A. in History with an emphasis in Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri State University.Prior to joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2014, he worked in the archives at Southeast Missouri State University as a graduate assistant and later as a member of the staff. Sheila Bevill

Sheila Bevill is a Librarian at the Arkansas State Archives. She has a B.S.E. and M.L.S. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Prior to her employment at the Arkansas State Archives in 1988, she worked as an elementary school teacher and also as a library technical assistant at UAMS. Email: sheila.bevill@arkansas.gov

 

Stephanie Carter

Stephanie Carter is the Archivist at the Arkansas State Archives. She has a B.S. in Journalism from Arkansas State University and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2018, she was the Government Documents Coordinator at the New Mexico State University Library and a Librarian at the Arkansas State Library. Julienne Crawford

Julienne Crawford is a curator at the Arkansas State Archives. She has a B.S. in Anthropology from James Madison University and attended courses in the Public History graduate program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Crawford also worked as a graduate assistant for the Clinton Presidential Materials Project and served as Program Coordinator for the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation in Vicksburg prior to joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2002. Mary Dunn

Mary Dunn is the Archival Manager for Technology and Access at the Arkansas State Archives. She received a B.A. in English from Hendrix College, and obtained a M.S. in Library Science from Indiana University at Bloomington. Before joining the staff of the Arkansas State Archives in 2010, Dunn worked in the Special Collections Department, University of Arkansas Libraries, and at the Lilly Library at Indiana University. Erica Eaves

Erica Eaves is the Archival Assistant at the Northeast Arkansas Regional Archives. She received a B.A in History from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, and obtained a M.A. in History and Archival Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. Joshua P. Fischer

Joshua P. Fischer is the Archival Assistant at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Archives (SARA), a branch of the Arkansas State Archives. He received a B.A. in History at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, and obtained a M.A. in Public History at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Before joining the staff of the Arkansas State Archives in 2017, he was a student intern and volunteer at the William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site in Hope, Arkansas. Elizabeth Freeman

Blake Gilliam

Blake Gilliam is an archival assistant who is earning his master’s degree in public history at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He was hired as a project archivist for the Arkansas State Archives in 2017 and became a full-time employee in 2018. Gilliam has a bachelor’s degree in public history from Arkansas Tech University and was a graduate assistant at the Center for Arkansas History and Culture from 2016 to 2017. April Goff

April Goff is an Administrative Specialist III at the Arkansas State Archives. She attended Arkansas State University, served in the military intelligence field for the U.S. Army, and is pursuing a B.A. in History at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Amy Gragert is an Archival Technician at the Arkansas State Archives. She holds a B.A. in Historic Preservation from Southeast Missouri University, and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Public History program. Before joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2014, she was a student assistant at the Special Collections and Archives of Southeast Missouri University, and a graduate assistant in the digital services lab of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Center for Arkansas History and Culture. Lauren Jarvis is the Archival Manager for Public Services at the Arkansas State Archives. Danyelle McNeill is the Archival Manager for Outreach at the Arkansas State Archives. Prior to joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2014, she served as registrar at the Old State House Museum, and registrar and Exhibitions Coordinator at the Fort Smith Regional Art Museum. Melissa Nesbitt is the Archival Manager at the Southwest Arkansas Regional Archives (SARA), a branch of the Arkansas State Archives. Tatyana Oyinloye is the African American History Coordinator at the Arkansas State Archives. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Business from Pulaski Technical College. Before joining the staff at the Arkansas State Archives in 2005, she worked in the Microfilm and Duplication Laboratory for the Arkansas Vital Records Control. Tim Schultz

Tim Schultz is the Archival Manager for Imaging and Preservation at the Arkansas State Archives. Prior to joining the Arkansas State Archives staff in 2014, he served as Audio/Visual Coordinator and Photographer for Arkansas Tourism. Terra Titsworth

Terra Titsworth is an Archival Technician at the Arkansas State Archives. She has a B.A. in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jane Wilkerson

Jane A. Wilkerson is an archival assistant who served at the State Archives from 2001 to 2017 as a library technician, archival manager, and interim director. She also worked as an independent researcher before returning to ASA in 2018. Bridget Wood

Bridget Wood is the Digital Archivist at the Arkansas State Archives. She received a B.A. in History from Southern Arkansas University, and obtained a M.A. in Public History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
